Three months is a realistic commitment when life is already full — and enough time to understand what is driving your experience, establish a clear direction, and begin implementing change with the knowledge and tools to continue independently.

The aim: understand what your body is communicating, address what is driving your current experience, and restore the stability that makes everything else more manageable.

This is a private coaching space — structured, rigorous and completely focused on you as a woman. Not the mother, the partner, the professional or the carer. You.

We begin with a thorough foundation.

  • Two extended foundation sessions — a thorough assessment of your health history, current demands, patterns and physiology. We establish a clear picture before we establish a plan.
  • 12 one-to-one coaching sessions across 12 weeks — structured, consistent, private
  • In-person, video or phone

What distinguishes this work is not one method applied to every woman.
It is the combination of a performance recovery lens, behaviour-based coaching and specialist understanding of maternal physiology — applied to your specific situation.
